DISCLAIMER: The registrant assumes all risks and hazards with respect to participation in activities related to practice, play and travel to and from events sponsored by the Calgary Masters Lacrosse League, Alberta Lacrosse Association, the Calgary District Lacrosse Association and its members. I assume all risks and hazards with respect to my participation in these activities, as well as all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and transportation to and from the activities. I further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless all organizers, coaches, supervisors, managers and officials appointed by the organizations and associations mentioned above.
